Essa proposta, no entanto, terá de ser votada em segunda discussão, após dez dias, seguindo prazo regimental.
Também foram aprovados três Projetos de Decreto Legislativo que concedem título de “Visitante Ilustre” da cidade de Campo Grande, todos em única discussão e votação. O 1.932, do vereador William Maksoud, ao Ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal Luís Roberto Barroso. Já o Decreto 1.934, dos vereadores Prof. João Rocha e William Maksoud, concede o título a Thiago Henrique de Oliveira Camilo, atleta brasileiro do judô. Por fim, o Projeto 1.935 concede o título ao Dr. Francisco Luiz Escórcio Lima, assessor especial do Ministro da Secretaria de Governo.
Ainda, em regime de urgência, em única votação, foi aprovado o Projeto de Resolução 410/18, da vereadora Dharleng Campos, que dispõe sobre a comemoração do Dia do Radialista pela Câmara Municipal de Campo Grande e dá outras providências.
Os vereadores mantiveram ainda Veto Total do Poder Executivo ao Projeto de Lei 8.912/18, que dispõe sobre a criação do Programa “Adote um Campo de Futebol”, no Município de Campo Grande, de autoria dos vereadores William Maksoud e Carlão.
Foi mantido ainda o veto parcial do Poder Executivo ao Projeto de Lei 8.953/18, que institui no calendário oficial de eventos do Município de Campo Grande, os Jogos Universitários Campo-Grandenses (Jucg) e dá outras providências.
