Os contribuintes que ainda não conseguiram negociar suas dividas com a Prefeitura de Campo Grande e querem aproveitar o desconto máximo nos juros e correções oferecido pelo Refis – de 90% – tem até este domingo para negociar. A Central do IPTU, localizada na Rua Arthur Jorge, n.500, Centro, estará aberta no sábado (29) e domingo (30), das 8 às 16 horas para atendimento.
Serão 60 funcionários em cada dia atendendo para dar mais conforto e agilidade ao público. Já está montada uma tenda no estacionamento da Prefeitura com 15 mesas de atendimento.
De acordo com o secretário-adjunto, Sergio Padovan, todos que se dirigirem ao local serão atendidos.
“Organizamos uma estrutura melhor para que possamos atender todos os cidadãos que nos procurarem. Quem vier no domingo (30) poderá pagar a guia na segunda-feira (1º) com os 90% de desconto, pois a data será emitida para pagar na segunda com todas as vantagens”, diz.
Com a negociação, o contribuinte inadimplente com o Município poderá retomar sua capacidade de investimento, regularizando seus débitos, inclusive os inscritos em Dívida Ativa, ajuizados ou não, com a exigibilidade suspensa ou não, em razão de fatos geradores ocorridos até 31 de dezembro de 2017.
Mas quem correr pega o desconto maior, frisa o secretário municipal de Planejamento e Finanças, Pedro Pedrossian Neto.
“O Refis terá a duração de dois meses e neste primeiro mês o desconto é mais generoso. Quem optar pelo pagamento à vista terá 90% (noventa por cento) de desconto dos juros de mora incidentes sobre o valor do crédito tributário e multa, para pagamento até 30 de setembro 2018. Depois o desconto passa para 85% de desconto para pagamento até 31 de outubro de 2018”, explica.
O taxista Valdenir de Oliveira, de 45 anos, que está em débito com o IPTU e INSS quer aproveitar o desconto maior.
“O movimento de corrida de táxi baixou muito e com isso a minha renda caiu. Acabei por atrasar os impostos e agora quero aproveitar os descontos e por em dia. É uma facilidade pra gente se regularizar”, diz.
Já a doméstica Maria madalena de Soua, de 51 anos, veio para ajudar uma amiga que está em debito desde 2015.
“Uma amiga minha mora fora do estado e estava devendo os impostos de um terreno, quando vi o Refis a avisei da oportunidade e ela me pediu para vim negociar. O atendimento está excelente e o desconto valeu a pena”, conta.
Podem ser incluídos no Refis parcelas vincendas de quaisquer créditos tributários e não tributários, decorrentes de saldos remanescentes de parcelamento ou reparcelamento, exceto os oriundos de infração de trânsito; indenização devida ao Município por dano causado ao seu patrimônio e débitos de natureza contratual.
Para o benefício fiscal ser concedido, o pagamento da dívida deve ser efetuado dentro do prazo de vigência do programa, que iniciou no dia 1º de setembro e termina no dia 31 de outubro deste ano.
O contribuinte deverá solicitar a emissão do Documento de Arrecadação Municipal – Guia DAM com o benefício concedido para pagamento à vista, ou parcelado, na Central de Atendimento do IPTU (antiga Câmara Municipal), localizado na Rua Arthur Jorge n. 500, Centro.
Quem optar pelo pagamento à vista terá 90% (noventa por cento) de desconto dos juros de mora incidentes sobre o valor do crédito tributário e multa, para pagamento até 30 de setembro 2018 e 85% desconto para pagamento até 31 de outubro de 2018.
No caso de pagamento parcelado ou reparcelamento, com até seis parcelas será concedido 75% de desconto dos juros de mora incidentes sobre o valor do crédito tributário e multa para pagamento até 30 de setembro de 2018 e 70% para pagamento até 31 de outubro de 2018.
Para pagamento parcelado ou reparcelamento de até 12 parcelas serão concedidos os seguintes benefícios fiscais:
• desconto de 30% dos juros de mora incidentes sobre o valor do crédito tributário e multa para pagamento até 30 setembro de 2018;
• desconto de 25% dos juros de mora incidentes sobre o valor do crédito tributário e multa , para pagamento até 31 outubro de 2018.
A multa por descumprimento de obrigação acessória ou de natureza não tributária será paga somente à vista.
