Aposentados e pensionistas começam a receber nesta segunda-feira (27) a antecipação da primeira parcela do décimo terceiro. De acordo com a Secretaria de Previdência, o depósito será feito junto com a folha mensal de pagamentos do Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS) até 10 de setembro, conforme a Tabela de Pagamentos de Benefícios 2018.

A estimativa é de que essa antecipação injete na economia do país R$ 20,7 bilhões em agosto e setembro. Segundo o INSS, 29,7 milhões de beneficiários terão direito a receber a primeira parcela do abono anual, que corresponde à metade do valor do benefício.

A exceção é para quem passou a receber o benefício depois de janeiro de 2018. Nesse caso, o valor será calculado proporcionalmente.

Não haverá desconto de Imposto de Renda nesta primeira parcela. O tributo será cobrado apenas em novembro e dezembro, quando for paga a segunda parcela.

Tem direito ao décimo terceiro quem, durante o ano, recebeu benefício previdenciário de aposentadoria, pensão por morte, auxílio-doença, auxílio-acidente, auxílio-reclusão ou salário-maternidade.

Aqueles que recebem benefícios assistenciais, como Prestação Continuada e Renda Mensal Vitalícia, não têm direito ao abono anual.

Desde 2006, o governo antecipa a primeira parcela do décimo terceiro dos aposentados e pensionistas na folha de agosto.

Somente em 2015, o pagamento foi adiado para setembro, por causa do ritmo fraco da economia e da queda da arrecadação.
