A Prefeitura de Campo Grande iniciou neste domingo os primeiros metros dos mais de 30 quilômetros de microrrevestimento que serão executados até dezembro nas sete regiões urbanas da cidade.
A manutenção do pavimento começou por um trecho de 550 metros da Rua Dr. Antônio Alves Arantes, no Bairro Chácara Cachoeira, entre a Avenida Afonso Pena e a Rua Raul Pires Barbosa. Para não comprometer o trânsito, nem prejudicar o movimento das ruas que concentram estabelecimentos comerciais, o serviço deve ser feito aos sábados e domingos.
Na próxima etapa,o microrresveimento será executado numa extensão de 1,4 quilômetro de ruas no entorno do Parque Ayrton Senna, Bairro Aero Rancho. O perímetro programado abrange as ruas Arquiteto Vila Nova Artigas ( entre as avenida Gunter Hans e Tancredo Neves); Ezequiel Ferreira Lima (da Vereador Thyrson de Almeida até a Rua da Divisão) e Jornalista Valdir Lago (da Ezequial Lima até a Arquiteto Vila Nova Artigas)..
Segundo o gerente de Manutenção de Vias Públicas da Sisep, Edvaldo Aquino, o microrresvetimento está previsto no contrato de tapa-buraco, firmado em dezembro do ano passado, com a reserva de R$ 14,9 milhões, 42% do valor total de R$ 34,2 milhões.
Em toda a cidade foram identificados 112 quilômetros de vias onde o asfalto está em condições de receber o microrrevestimento. O material prolonga o tempo de vida útil do asfalto, evita o surgimento crateras, sobretudo depois de chuvas.
“O serviço não pode ser confundido com o tapa-buraco e com o recapeamento. É uma manutenção preventiva, que vai garantir mais quatro a cinco anos de vida útil ao pavimento. Não pode ser aplicado em ruas onde o asfalto já está comprometido porque foi feito há décadas”, explica o engenheiro Edvaldo Aquino, supervisor da manutenção de vias pavimentadas.
Os trechos que receberão microrrevestimento nesta primeira etapa contemplam vias estratégicas para o sistema viário, como a Rio Grande do Sul, Eduardo Santos Pereira, Amazonas, dentre outras da região urbana do centro; a Avenida Capibaribe, região do Imbirussu, ligação da Avenida Júlio Castilho com o Aeroporto Internacional.
