Governo do Estado investiu R$ 1,4 bi em moradia

Prestes a encerrar o primeiro mandato no dia 31 de dezembro, o governador Reinaldo Azambuja contabiliza investimento de R$ 1,4 bilhão no setor habitacional de Mato Grosso do Sul. Os recursos foram aplicados na garantia de 26 mil moradias e o cálculo considera residências entregues, em construção e já contratadas pelo poder público.

Em todo o Estado, mais de 17 mil famílias já desfrutam da casa própria. Só em Campo Grande são 4.660. Uma delas é a da aposentada Maria Moreira, de 78 anos, que deixou para trás a vida na antiga favela Cidade de Deus para morar na casa própria no Bom Retiro. “Esperei muito por esse dia, de receber a minha casa”, afirmou ela em novembro deste ano, quando recebeu as chaves do imóvel.

Outra entrega recente foi feita em Bonito em 13 de dezembro. Lá, Reinaldo Azambuja repassou moradias do loteamento Lago Azul para 64 famílias. “São habitações que fazem as pessoas melhorarem de vida e saírem do aluguel”, defendeu o governador. A ideia foi confirmada pelo capataz Juarez Aparecido Placido, de 29 anos, onde os filhos poderão morar na cidade para estudar.

São vários os programas habitacionais ativos em Mato Grosso do Sul. A maioria deles tem parceria com as prefeituras municipais e a União. Mas os que mais se destacam são os projetos do Lote Urbanizado e FGTS Subsidiado – criados pela Agência de Habitação Popular do Estado (Agehab) para driblar a escassez de recursos federais. Os projetos foram até premiados a nível nacional.

Para Reinaldo Azambuja, reduzir o déficit habitacional sempre foi uma das prioridades de Governo.  “A casa própria dá dignidade à família e melhora a qualidade de vida. Investir em habitação é investir nas pessoas”, avaliou o governador. Segundo ele, quando entregues, as moradias beneficiam, em sua maioria, mulheres e pessoas com renda familiar baixa.
