Refis da prefeitura da Capital termina neste domingo

Neste domingo (23), a Prefeitura de Campo Grande montou um plantão especial para os contribuintes interessados na renegociação do Programa de Pagamento Incentivado (PPI). Até domingo o contribuinte pode usufruir dos descontos de até 85%, no pagamento do Refis.

Para pagamento parcelado ou reparcelamento, no máximo de seis parcelas, a remissão permanece em 70%. Já para quem parcelar em 12 vezes, o desconto chega a 25% nos juros. Por fim, a proposta prevê que para pagamento até o fim de dezembro seja mantida a anistia de 75% do valor consolidado da multa por infração ou acessória, o que contempla penalidade por limpeza de terreno, por exemplo.

Para aderir ao Refis, o contribuinte deve solicitar a emissão do Documento de Arrecadação Municipal – Guia DAM, com o benefício concedido para pagamento à vista, ou parcelado, na Central de Atendimento, antiga Câmara Municipal, localizado na Rua Arthur Jorge n. 500, Centro, das 8 às 16 horas. A Central de Atendimento conta com 50 Guichês e 60 funcionários para atendimento.

A Prefeitura ressalta que o programa proposto não se caracteriza como Renúncia de Receita, conforme previsto no art. 14 da L.C 101/2000, visto que há compensação de créditos, com aumento de receita.
