Temer sanciona reajuste para ministros do STF

O presidente Michel Temer sancionou nesta segunda-feira (26) o reajuste dos ministros do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) e da procuradora-geral da República. O aumento foi garantido após a Suprema Corte cumprir acordo com Temer condicionando o aumento do salário à revogação do auxílio-moradia a juízes de todo o país.

Aprovados no início do mês pelo Senado, os dois projetos de lei sancionados hoje alteram o subsídio dos 11 integrantes do STF e da atual chefe do Ministério Público Federal, Raquel Dodge, de R$ 33,7 mil para R$ 39 mil. A medida provoca um efeito cascata sobre os funcionários do Judiciário, abrindo caminho também para um possível aumento dos vencimentos dos parlamentares e do presidente da República.

Devido ao impacto do reajuste, o Palácio do Planalto previa que a sanção integral das leis só seria garantida se houvesse o fim do auxílio-moradia. Na decisão de hoje em que revoga liminar relativa ao pagamento, o ministro do STF Luiz Fux já mencionava a recomposição das perdas inflacionárias dos integrantes do tribunal em 16,38%, percentual previsto no projeto de lei. Interlocutores do Planalto lembram, porém, que a proposta de reajuste foi feita pelo próprio Supremo em 2016, e aprovada pelo Poder Legislativo.
