Muita gente tem medo de falar em público, alguns têm verdadeira fobia. Mas se sabe que a comunicação é inerente ao ser humano, e com técnicas é possível que as pessoas superem essa dificuldade. Por isso a Biblioteca Isaías Paím, em parceria com o professor João Marcos Tavares Ferreira, oferece a segunda edição do Curso de Oratória: A arte de falar em público”. A oficina com carga horária de 20 horas é de graça e irá acontecer nos dias 7 (13 às 17 horas) e 8 de dezembro (9 às 13 horas) e 14 (13 às 17 horas) e 15 (9 às 13 horas) de dezembro. Será emitido certificado de participação.
A coordenadora da Biblioteca Pública Estadual Dr. Isaias Paim, Eleuzina Crisanto, disse que esta segunda edição vai ser realizada devido à grande procura do primeiro curso, que aconteceu em maio deste ano. “O curso busca uma estratégia de melhor comunicação, objetividade, clareza, e gestualidade, com o objetivo de aprimorar a habilidade na arte de falar bem em público de maneira eficaz”.
A oratória é a arte de falar com elegância, beleza, eloquência, na hora certa e na dose certa. É por meio da oratória que consegue-se falar com clareza e objetividade, seja em uma conversa informal, ou em público.
A preparação psicológica também é importante, para não deixar o nervosismo atrapalhar o desempenho, pois para a maioria das pessoas o simples fato de pensar que tem de fazer um discurso ou uma palestra os deixa inseguros(a). O que cada um pensa a respeito de si próprio como orador, antes de iniciar a apresentação terá um efeito determinante.
Segundo o professor João Ferreira, as imagens mentais, isto é, como as pessoas se visualizam falando e como visualizam a plateia, irá moldar o comportamento. “É fundamental fazer um trabalho para desenvolver a autoconfiança, aquela segurança íntima de que você realmente pode desempenhar aquela tarefa com sucesso”.
