Eleição para diretor de escola da Reme acontece nesta quinta-feira

As eleições para a escolha de diretores e diretores-adjuntos da Rede Municipal de Ensino (Reme) serão realizadas nesta quinta-feira (29), nas 95 escolas da Rede. A comissão especial eleitoral, formada por técnicos da Secretaria Municipal de Educação (Semed) já começou a entregar, nesta segunda-feira (27), as urnas aos representantes das comissões de cada escola.

No ato da entrega, o representante junto aos membros da comissão especial fazem a vistoria e a checagem da urna e assina um termo de compromisso, atestando que fará sua devolução após o pleito. Ao todo serão entregues 384 urnas onde serão depositadas as cédulas. Cada escola receberá quatro urnas de lona destinadas a cada um dos segmentos que têm direito ao voto: professores, funcionários administrativos, alunos e pais.

“Precisamos fazer a contagem dos votos em separado para obedecer aos critérios de porcentagem, já que eles têm valor paritário”, explica a superintendente de Gestão e Normas da Semed, Alelis Izabel de Oliveira Gomes.  Ao todo, 220 candidatos, incluindo os que já atuam como gestores na escola, estão participando do processo eleitoral, distribuídos em mais de 100 chapas.

Desde setembro a comissão especial, que atua em uma sala do Centro de Formação da Semed, vem prestando esclarecimentos e auxiliado as comissões das escolas tirando dúvidas sobre o processo. Também foram oferecidas diversas capacitações. Segundo a superintendente, a comissão continuará o trabalho até o final de dezembro, já que a partir do dia 30 de novembro, as escolas começarão a entregar as atas com o resultado do pleito.

“Com isso começaremos a organizar a transição do cargo nas unidades que tiverem novos gestores. Mesmo que o gestor eleito seja o antigo, ele entra em um novo processo, pois será exonerado no final de dezembro para ser nomeado no mês de janeiro, uma vez que agora ele foi eleito pelo voto da comunidade escolar”, explicou Alelis. Os candidatos podem realizar campanha até quarta-feira (28).

O pleito acontecerá na próxima quinta-feira (29), das 7 horas às 17h10, em todas as escolas da Reme. Nas unidades que têm aulas no período noturno, a eleição será encerrada uma hora antes do término previsto para o encerramento das aulas.

As diretrizes eleitorais para a organização, realização e apuração das eleições para escolha dos diretores e diretores-adjuntos das escolas municipais de Campo Grande começaram a ser discutidas com representantes da Comissão Eleitoral das escolas no mês de setembro. O primeiro encontro reuniu representantes de todas as escolas e teve a participação do prefeito Marquinhos Trad, que na ocasião ressaltou que a eleição para diretores era uma reivindicação antiga da categoria, que vem sendo debatida desde 2012 e um compromisso de sua gestão.

A lei n. 6.023, que institui a gestão democrática, foi sancionada pelo prefeito Marquinhos Trad no dia 15 de junho. Todo o processo eleitoral está sendo organizado e fiscalizado pela comissão especial composta por servidores designados pela Secretaria Municipal de Educação e por um representante do Sindicato Campo-Grandense dos Servidores da Educação Pública (ACP).

Conforme as regras, nas unidades escolares com até setecentos alunos, será eleito somente o diretor e nas unidades com mais de setecentos alunos, serão eleitos o diretor e o diretor-adjunto.

Entre as pessoas que estarão aptas a votar estão os professores que estejam gozando de férias, afastados por licença de qualquer natureza e os que estão atuando como substitutos por mais de 60 dias. Já entre os alunos, poderão votas aqueles com idade mínima de dez anos.
