A estrutura do Ministério da Agricultura, que poderá englobar pesca e agricultura familiar, será definida nesta terça-feira (13), em Brasília. O presidente eleito, Jair Bolsonaro, tem reunião marcada com a deputada federal Tereza Cristina (DEM-MS), que comandará a pasta. Também é aguardado o anúncio do nome para o Ministério do Meio Ambiente que atuará em conjunto com a Agricultura.
No encontro, Tereza Cristina indicou que quer definir com o presidente eleito as medidas que poderão ser adotadas para garantir mais segurança jurídica para os produtores e a redução de impostos. A deputada federal é presidente da Frente Parlamentar da Agricultura (FPA) na Câmara.
Tereza Cristina disse que sua intenção é começar o trabalho nas primeiras horas de segunda-feira (12). Engenheira agrônoma e empresária, ela afirmou que vai se sentar com técnicos e especialistas do atual ministério para entender melhor como funciona o trabalho. “É momento de ouvir muito agora”, afirmou a futura ministra.
Para a deputada federal, é fundamental também a definição sobre o Ministério do Meio Ambiente, que inicialmente seria fundido com a Agricultura. Segundo disse, ela espera ter uma relação “muito boa” com o titular que assumir a pasta. Após encontro com Bolsonaro, integrantes da bancada ruralista afirmaram que o nome para o Meio Ambiente será indicado pelo grupo. Não foi citado um nome específico.
