A Prefeitura de Campo Grande faz plantão no sábado (27), das 8 às 16 horas, inclusive no horário de almoço, para os contribuintes aproveitarem as oportunidades oferecidas no Refis. O plantão acontece apenas no sábado, visto que domingo é dia de eleição.
Os contribuintes que comparecerem a Central neste sábado terão os descontos de 85% para renegociar dívidas. O prazo final desta etapa do Refis termina na próxima quarta-feira (31).
“Este é um desconto muito maior que o ano passado. Quem receber a carta e vir até a Central de Atendimento perceberá que o desconto cai substancialmente. Quem não conseguir pagar a vista, pode pagar em até seis vezes, que o desconto é muito bom. Quem recebeu uma multa ambiental, de limpeza de terreno, que é muito comum, pode quitar o débito com até 75% de redução no valor principal. Quem deve R$ 1 mil, deverá apenas R$ 250,00”, cita o secretário de Planejamento e Finanças, Pedro Pedrossian Neto
“Está é uma condição especifica que está sendo dada pela Prefeitura para as pessoas regularizarem seus débitos. A Prefeitura é solidária ao contribuinte, nesse momento que o pais vive numa situação economicamente difícil. Nesse tempo de crise, onde também os orçamentos domésticos estão apertados e o poder de compra está corroído, a Prefeitura é solidária. Estende a mão ao contribuinte, para que ele possa quitar suas dívidas e possa ajudar Campo Grande nos investimentos e desenvolvimento. Acabando o Refis, ele não será prorrogado, como aconteceu nos anos anteriores”, frisa Pedrossian Neto.
Com o PPI, também chamado de Refis, o contribuinte inadimplente com o Município poderá retomar sua capacidade de investimento. Ele terá oportunidade de regularizar débitos que nele possam ser incluídos, decorrentes de créditos tributários e não tributários constituídos ou não, inclusive os inscritos em Dívida Ativa, ajuizados ou não, com a exigibilidade suspensa ou não, em razão de fatos geradores ocorridos até 31 de dezembro de 2017.
Para pagamento parcelado ou reparcelamento de até 12 parcelas, serão concedidos os seguintes benefícios fiscais: Desconto de 25% dos juros de mora incidentes sobre o valor do crédito tributário e multa, para pagamento até 31 outubro de 2018.
A multa por descumprimento de obrigação acessória ou de natureza não tributária será paga somente à vista.
A Prefeitura ressalta que o programa proposto não se caracteriza como Renúncia de Receita, conforme previsto no art. 14 da L.C 101/2000, visto que há compensação de créditos, com aumento de receita.
