No dia 26 de setembro, às 20h, é a vez do Teatro Prosa do Sesc receber um espetáculo que evidencia as questões regionais. “Guardiões” foi construído coletivamente, por meio de um trabalho de estudos e pesquisas sobre o pantanal sul-mato-grossense, o impacto e consequências da ocupação humana tanto no ecossistema, quanto nas relações sócio culturais. Apresenta três personagens que vivem simbioticamente nesse “terrunho” e agora tratam de entender e interagir “como de costume” num ambiente em que as tradições estão mudando ou desaparecendo vertiginosamente. A encenação apresenta um pantanal sui generis, provocando questionamentos na plateia.
Para o público infantil, será encenado no dia 06 de outubro, sábado, às 15 horas, o espetáculo “A Princesa Engasgada”, uma historinha irônica de uma princesa que se engasga com uma espinha de peixe e o rei determina que seja encontrado um médico para curar sua filha. Uma camponesa cansada apanhar do marido, resolve se vingar e diz ao fidalgo que ele é médico, mas só trata seus pacientes quando apanha. O camponês, sem direito de recusa, é levado ao rei e assim começa seu castigo. A peça é baseada na Comédia Dell’Arte, uma homenagem ao humor do teatro medieval no qual dois atores representam diversos personagens, tudo aos olhos do público que participa ativamente de toda a história.

Uma orientação que o levou a executar mais de 10 projetos culturais e sociais sobre meio ambiente, prevenção e ,saúde para populações de baixa renda, assentamentos rurais e mulheres em situação de violência, esta última experiência, possibilitou ao grupo a criação do ponto de cultura “Afrodite se”, que funciona na sede do TGR.
