Desde a semana passada, equipes da BTG Empreendimentos, vencedora da licitação, estão trabalhando na implantação de drenagem no Conjunto Habitacional Anapólis, no Jardim Morenão, que será pavimentado, reivindicação de 20 anos da comunidade.
O projeto chegou a ser iniciado em 2012, mas foi interrompido porque a empreiteira rescindiu o contrato. A Prefeitura de Campo Grande esteve na iminência de perder o recurso, mas depois de intervenção do prefeito Marquinhos Trad junto ao Ministério das Cidades, o convênio que venceria em abril foi renovado. Serão investidos R$ 1.332.560,82 na execução de 746 metros de drenagem e 2,2 quilômetros de asfalto que devem prontos em até 6 meses.
O serviço iniciado há duas semanas teve que parar por alguns dias por causa da chuva, mas desde a última terça-feira (18) está em pleno andamento numa área de servidão por onde passará a tubulação que conectará a futura drenagem à rede já existente na Rua Rivaldir Alberti. Aproximadamente 200 metros depois, a drenagem subirá pela Rua Kilda Ribeiro para captar a enxurrada que desce com força pelo prolongamento da Rua Francisco dos Anjos.
“Isto aqui quando chove forte vira um rio”, conta dona Lourdes da Silva. Só quando a empreiteira começou a trabalhar ela passou a acreditar que finalmente o asfalto vai ser uma realidade em alguns meses.
A comerciante Lori Martinez, que há 20 anos mora na esquina da Rua Francisco dos Anjos com a Rua Quem está satisfeita com a obra. Para deixar sua casa a salvo dos alagamentos construiu uma pequena parede de retenção e fez uma calçada ampla e gramou quase metade da rua.
Ricarda Correa, residente na Rua Rodrigo Moura, não tem dúvida: “o asfalto vai valorizar nosso bairro e melhorar a nossa qualidade de vida”.
Serão pavimentadas as ruas Paraúna (entre Centro Oeste e Rivaldir Alberti); 13 de Novembro (entre Centro Oeste e Goiatuba); Canabras (entre Centro Oeste e Rivaldir Alberti); Mirai (entre Centro Oeste e Goiatuba); Mirai (entre Rivaldir Alberti e Divino Fonseca); Rodrigo Moura (entre Rivaldir Alberti e Fim de Rua); Iraque (entre Centro Oeste e Kilda Monteiro); Pompeu Ferreira (entre Centro Oeste e Rivaldir Alberti); Junes Salaminy; Kilda Monteiro; Francisco dos Anjos (entre Assaré e Rodrigo Moura) e Divino Fonseca (entre Assaré e Rodrigo Moura).
