Governo inicia pavimentação da MS -223

A Agesul (Agência Estadual de Gestão de Empreendimentos) divulgou nesta segunda-feira (13) o nome da empresa que irá trabalhar na primeira etapa das obras de pavimentação e drenagem da MS-223, avaliadas em mais de R$ 42,9 milhões.

Esse é o valor proposto pela empresa Engenharia e Comércio Bandeirantes Ltda, o Grupo Bandeirantes, de São Paulo, que venceu a licitação aberta ainda em abril pelo governo do Estado.

O grupo vai pavimentar um trecho de mais de 32,5 quilômetros da MS-223, que tem início em Figueirão e termina em Costa Rica. Ao todo, a rodovia percorre mais de 61 quilômetros, segundo a Agesul, sendo que essa é só a primeira etapa da pavimentação.

A princípio, a obra havia sido orçada em mais de R$ 45,7 milhões, o que significa que houve uma economia de 6,1% com a licitação. Os recursos partirão do Fundersul (Fundo de Desenvolvimento do Sistema Rodoviário).

Com a pavimentação, o governo pretende criar um caminho direto de Costa Rica para Campo Grande. Atualmente, quem quiser sair da cidade para a capital passando por trechos asfaltados, deve fazer um contorno de 400 quilômetros.

Atualmente, o Grupo Bandeirantes possui três contratos com a Agesul. Um deles, avaliado em mais de R$ 22,7 milhões, destina-se à manutenção das rodovias estaduais que fazem parte da malha rodoviária de Três Lagoas, segundo dados do Portal da Transparência.
