Nas noites dos dias 04 e 05 de agosto o Sesc Lageado leva ao Teatro Glauce Rocha, em Campo Grande, a apresentação “Cantigas da Caatinga”, com 135 crianças da unidade. A apresentação começa às 19h e será aberta ao público, sendo que o ingresso será trocado por um quilo de alimento não perecível, que serão destinados ao Programa Mesa Brasil Sesc.
As crianças, com idades entre 08 a 16 anos, vão apresentar um vasto repertório de Músicas Nordestinas, com instrumentos de percussão, violão, violino, violoncelo, flautas e cantos, tudo isso interagindo com o grupo de ballet clássico do Sesc Lageado.
O trabalho no Sesc Lageado é desenvolvido pelos professores Bibi Carvalho, Keyla Lima e Chico Simão na área da música e pela Professora Nathalia Sposito na dança.
O repertório traz clássicos do sertão, com músicas de Luiz Gonzaga, Gilberto Gil, Dominguinhos, Humberto Teixeira, entre outros. Dos pout pourri aos repentes, a apresentação promete encantar o público.
O Sesc Lageado atende gratuitamente 350 alunos com ações formativas nas diversas linguagens da cultura, passando pela dança, canto, música e teatro.
