Baixa umidade do ar requer cuidados especiais

Campo Grande (MS) – Apesar da frente fria que chegou a Mato Grosso do Sul no fim de semana, o tempo volta a esquentar a partir desta segunda-feira (23.7) e a umidade do ar pode cair novamente nos próximos dias, segundo a meteorologista Franciane Rodrigues, do Centro de Monitoramento do Tempo, do Clima e dos Recursos Hídricos (Cemtec).

Não custa lembrar: a baixa umidade do ar pode ocasionar desconforto e doenças respiratórias. Para evitar esses problemas é importante tomar alguns cuidados.

Segundo a superintendente geral de Vigilância em Saúde, Larissa Domingues Castilho de Arruda, a principal preocupação é com a hidratação. É preciso tomar muita água. “Também é aconselhável optar por esportes aquáticos, evitar o sol no período das 10h às 16h, comer frutas, verduras, comida saudável e tomar água de coco”, afirma.

Outras recomendações são:
usar soro fisiológico nas narinas;
colírio nos olhos;
umidificar os ambientes – com aparelho umidificador ou panos e toalhas molhadas;
evitar ar-condicionado;
hidratar a pele.
Segundo a Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS), a umidade do ar ideal é acima de 60%. Abaixo de 30%, é considerado estado de atenção e entre 19% e 12%, alerta.
