Campo Grande (MS) – As baixas temperaturas que castigaram as famílias de Mato Grosso do Sul vão voltar a partir do dia 20, segundo a meteorologista Franciane Rodrigues, do Centro de Monitoramento do Tempo, do Clima e dos Recursos Hídricos (Cemtec). Algumas iniciativas tentam amenizar o sofrimento de pessoas que não têm como se manter aquecidas.
“Uma nova frente fria, com a mesma intensidade da última, vai chegar entre 20 e 21 de julho”, explicou a coordenadora técnica do Cemtec.
Em Rio Brilhante, os termômetros registraram 0,1ºC na madrugada de quarta-feira (11.7). Já em Bela Vista e Amambai, as mínimas foram de 1,3ºC e 1,7ºC. E na Capital, a menor temperatura foi de 7,1ºC, com sensação de -4ºC.
Franciane explicou que a menor sensação térmica, no entanto, foi registrada às 6 horas em Camapuã: -5ºC. A temperatura era de 5,2ºC, mas ventos de 25 km/h provocaram a sensação de ainda mais frio.
Entidades públicas e privadas estão fazendo a sua parte. A Campanha do Agasalho dos Servidores Estaduais de MS – Aqueça uma Vida, em sua 4ª edição, arrecadou 15 mil peças.
Os artigos foram entregues para 32 instituições, segundo a Secretaria de Estado de Administração e Desburocratização (SAD), que é a responsável pela organização da campanha.
Uma das instituições atendidas foi a Paróquia Sagrado Coração de Jesus (PSCJ), em Campo Grande, que recebeu 300 itens como casacos, agasalhos e cobertores.
“Além dessas 300, arrecadamos mais 1.160 peças durante a nossa Festa Junina. As mais de 1.400 foram distribuídas para população carente do Jardim Noroeste, Danúbio Azul e Montevidel”, contou Celso Fabricio Correia de Souza, do Núcleo de Acampamento da PSCJ.
Além da ação social entre os servidores, o Governo do Estado também adquiriu e distribuiu 80 mil cobertores. Os 79 municípios de Mato Grosso do Sul receberam as doações.
A partilha entre os municípios foi feita de forma proporcional ao número de famílias em situação de vulnerabilidade social, com base nos atendimentos dos Centros de Referência de Assistência Social (Cras), segundo a Secretaria de Estado de Direitos Humanos, Assistência Social e Trabalho (Sedhast). Campo Grande recebeu 12 mil cobertores.

A Campanha do Agasalho dos Servidores Estaduais deste ano já acabou, mas várias entidades continuam a ajudar a população carente de Mato Grosso do Sul.
Quem quiser doar agasalhos, cobertores, roupas, calçados, alimentos e móveis pode procurar, de segunda a sexta-feira, até às 14h, o Conselho Central da Sociedade São Vicente de Paulo, na rua Abrão Júlio Rahe, 795, no bairro Santa Fé, em Campo Grande. Igrejas e paróquias também costumam receber doações.
